[MAGNet] Hold the date - Presentation by new UC Software Reseller

The UC System has a new reseller for software products covered by
several UC-wide contracts. The new reseller is Technology Resource
Center, or TRC. This company has replaced Software Spectrum as the
point of contact for orders under these UC contracts.

A representative from TRC will be available to meet with departmental
representatives on Monday, 11/5/01, from 2:00 to 4:00 in Room 60
Barrows.

There will be a presentation about ordering procedures and time for
comments and Q&A. Orders under the Microsoft Select agreement will
be on the agenda. This will be an opportunity to communicate to TRC
what works and doesn't work in the handling of orders from UC
Berkeley departments.
