Thanks, Dan. In my hurry I forgot to mention that this user is using
a PC. I sent this message out on this list in case it might be a
general Eudora issue, but it could be specifically a PC-issue. Does
anyone out there know of a PC troubleshooting mail-list I could
sign up for? I don't like dealing with PC's, really, but it's become
part of my job to fix the darn things! I really could use some assistance.
