[MAGNet] Backup Tape Drive

Hi,

We use the HP tape backup drive (C1537A) with Retrospect. Recently
the tape drive is acting up, e.g., no backup activities, making
unhappy noise, and taking long time to eject a tape. Can anyone
recommend any place that we can get repaired. I've tried the MAC and
few other places, but no luck. Thank you so much!
