Yes, I noticed this too. What fixed it for me was installing not as
a upgrade to an existing version, but a new installation. It gives
you that choice in the installer sequence and I just told it to do a
new install that seemed to work. I got a UCB C@B prompt for my email
address which I typed in and everything worked fine after that.
