[MAGNet] SPAM, Spam, S P A M!

Hi, folks...

Does anyone know why we're getting so much SPAM on Socrates nowadays
and, if so, if anything can be done about it? I am going nuts
filtering out the dozens of SPAM messages a day from the 50 - 100
work email messages I get a day. We didn't used to get so many.
Also, why can't we send mail to aol addresses from Socrates anymore?
I have GSIs who have aol accounts and I can't contact them from my
work account because of this. Any news on when that will be
corrected? I heard it was being worked on.
