Does anyone have a LaserWriter 8500 in their department?
We have "inherited" one for an indefinite time and works well, except
for two things:
1) I notice it doesn't like to print the apostrophes (') or accent
marks over accented letters
and
2) every so often, it restarts itself and prints out a sheet with the
following information:
Product: LaserWriter 8500
Version: 3010.103 Revision: 1
Buildtime: 876959128
printer restarted due to fatal
system error at address
0x------ (this "address" is different each time)
It's operating using Laserwriter 8.7 and the most recent printer
description found at Apple: LaserWriter 8500 PPD v1.2.
Can anyone provide help or suggestions on either situation?
Thanks in advance!
