Hello--

My friend's Claris Emailer Lite program has crapped out after an
overload. He opened his mail and 38 apparently identical messages
(subject line something about the arctic) -- plus one from an actual
friend -- poured in; then the program crashed. Now he can't open it
at all, even to clean out the in-box.

None of his other apps have been affected as far as he can tell.

Any suggestions? He's on a fairly new Mac laptop but I'm not sure
which generation.
