There's a handy document describing how to obtain NiftyTelnet SSH
and how to use it to transfer files via SCP on the Johns Hopkins
    University Web site at:

       http://www.cs.jhu.edu/cstools/scp/nifty.html

As Tom notes, this file transfer method might be a bit daunting for
some users, as typing remote system (e.g. Unix) pathnames is required.
