Alumni and '@berkeley.edu' addresses

If and when the forwarding service becomes available, will forwarding
for alumni messages also be offered (e.g. '@cal.berkeley.edu' becomes
simply '@berkeley.edu')? I know this would be tremendously popular with
technicly-inclined alumni such as myself.
