Tom,

It looks like "Jennifer Lee" is the most popular
first/last name combination in the CPD - 18 instances.
Or just note we have over 1000 Lee's, over 750 Kim's,
over 450 Chen's, and many of these also have duplicated
first names. By contrast, there are only 4 Holub's and
2 Berkman's, and no first-last name duplications.
