I'm beginning to work on the BEEF Report. The URL for the report will be
<http://beef.berkeley.edu/report/>. Right now all that's up there is a first
draft of the namespace recommendations and discussion, but as I finish other
parts they'll go up there.

Our meeting to discuss the report is not this Monday but the following
Monday, 2/11. I'm aiming to have the draft mostly ready by next Wednesday
so you guys can look it over. Send me any comments you have.
