Stopping a print job

Here's how to cancel a job that you've already sent to the printer.

Mac

Click on the printer icon on your dock. A window will open showing your print job. Click Stop Job. If you want to delete the job, click the Delete icon.

Windows

Double-click on the printer icon in the right hand corner of the taskbar (next to the computer date) or open the Printers and Faxes window from the Start menu and double-click your printer's icon. In the printer window, select the document that you want to stop.

From the Document menu, click Pause if you want to stop it temporarily, or Cancel if you want to delete the print job.
