Thunderbird is a full-featured client email software application, offering secure protocols for sending and receiving mail, plain or styled text composition, filters and spam blocking, multiple account configuration, address book and built-in spell checker. it also includes a extensible add-on architecture which allows third-party developers to extend and enhance its functionality. Thunderbird is a community-source project from the Mozilla group.

Thunderbird is our recommended and supported email client. Eudora has been discontinued as a product, and is no longer receiving security updates; we began migrating all our users to Thunderbird during 2007. If you are still using Eudora, you should contact us for assistance migrating to Thunderbird.
